Look who found the sticky bush!⁣ ⁣ It’s that time of year when every walk is followed by an hour of picking these sticky little balls out of the dogs fur!⁣ ⁣ #dogsofinstagram #cockerspaniel

🍌 🏃‍♂️ NUTRITION WINNERS 🏃‍♀️ 🍌⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Last weekend at @equinox I tried out some new nutrition brands as well as som old favourites. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ There were some clear winners. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ @active_root was awesome in the drink category, I usually struggle with gut bombs at some point during ultra distance events but the gingery goodness kept all nausea at bay. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ My old favourite @torqfitness wins the gel category Maurten didn’t even get a look in (sorry Eluid), they just taste too good. ⁣⁣ ⁣ Luckily I didn’t need the @crampfix_uk so that stays in the box for another day. ⁣ ⁣⁣ #running #ultrarunning #nutrition #runningnutrition

🛍 🐶 SHOP DOG 🐶 🛍⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I’ve been taking it easy since @equinox so haven’t been able to join in with our Social Run Group. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Instead Darwin and I have been manning the shop. He’s even been helping out with gait analysis. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 😍🐶🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️⁣ ⁣ #dogsofinstagram #upandrunning #runtogether #running #runningshop #shopdog

🏃🏻 💪 YOUR BODY IS AMAZING 💪 🏃‍♀️⁣ ⁣ I started this race with 80 miles in my legs for the year and no expectations. ⁣ ⁣ I finished with 137 miles in my legs and a newfound mojo. ⁣ ⁣ It goes to show what your body can do, if you just trust it and listen to what it’s telling you you’ll be surprised how far it’ll take you. ⁣ ⁣ #onemorelap #ultrarunning #runninginspiration #runspiration #running

🏃🏻 4 LAPS DOWN 🏃🏻⁣ ⁣ I’m four laps into @equinox and I’ve found my mojo. ⁣ ⁣ I’ve taken it little by little from all the other awesome runners and supporters (and the dogs of course). ⁣ ⁣ That’s where I get my motivation, from others. I am definitely a social runner so when I get home I will be re-joining a running club but I’m not sure which one 🤔 ⁣ ⁣ #onemorelap #ultrarunning #running #loverunning
